So when we go back to Santa Barbara to visit, this is usually our first stop to catch the fog and remember everything that happened to us here and since then. I walked along these cliffs to get away from it all. I didn't understand jogging or therapy or meditation back then. I just did what I could do, walked for hours along the ocean, past horses, through golf courses and graduate student housing, community gardens and back.

So when we go back to Santa Barbara to visit, this is usually our first stop to catch the fog and remember everything that happened to us here and since then.
