Taken By Trees

Sometimes I found out about a musician or a band and feel like I've been missing out and that's how I feel about Taken By Trees. I love her deep and soft voice, the airiness of the music, and that I can listen to this alone and feel like I have all my girl friends around.


Sometime ago I got the idea that if I ever went through another heartbreak, I would simply run off somewhere to teach English. Mexico seems like the most reasonable place, close enough to home if I just couldn't take it. But that way my mind would be occupied completely by another language and place and I would be able to move on easier without all the drag of real life. This video reminds me of that silly and strange idea.
